1 The problem

A developer in the Islamabad region was tracking listings, buyer instalments and agent commission across tens of thousands of units in Excel and a forgotten Access file. Month-end reconciliation took days. Buyers were calling about receipts the accounts team could not find. Agents disputed commission because nobody shared one ledger.

2 Our approach

One portal: unit inventory, payment plan, receipt, agent split. Built in Laravel from Bahria Town, with a buyer-facing status page and an internal ledger finance actually closes on. Token and instalment schedules follow how Pakistani off-plan sales really work, not a US MLS template.
