Software Development for Saudi Arabia

Custom CRM, ERP and business software for Saudi companies — bilingual from the data model up, ZATCA-ready, and built by a team two hours ahead of Riyadh.

We build custom CRM and ERP systems from Islamabad for companies in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and across the Gulf. Most software sold into the Kingdom was designed somewhere else and translated afterwards; it assumes a Monday-to-Friday week, one spelling of a customer's name, and that a deal moves by email.

We build for the way Saudi teams actually work: Arabic and English stored side by side, WhatsApp as the sales channel, Hijri dates on official documents, and quotes that become ZATCA-compliant invoices without anyone re-keying them.

Why us

Why companies in Saudi Arabia work with us

Bilingual is in the data, not just the screens

A customer is one record whether it was typed in Arabic or English. Search finds either form, and every document prints in the language it requires.

ZATCA Phase 2 ready

Quotes accepted in the CRM become invoices with the right fields populated, cleared through the ERP or accounting system — not exported to a spreadsheet and uploaded by hand.

Two hours apart, not eight

Pakistan is two hours ahead of Riyadh, so our working day overlaps almost all of yours. A question asked in the morning is answered the same morning, and the week is planned around Sunday to Thursday.

Data kept in the Kingdom when it must be

For government-adjacent, healthcare and financial work we deploy to cloud regions inside Saudi Arabia — including the backups and logs that usually leak out of region unnoticed.

Coverage

Where we work in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh

Head offices, finance teams and government-adjacent work, where reporting, approvals and data residency matter most.

Jeddah

Trading, distribution and retail, where deals run through agents and distributors and the CRM has to model who owns the customer.

Dammam & Eastern Province

Industrial, logistics and contracting firms, where the CRM, the quote and the ERP have to agree on every order.

Questions from companies in Saudi Arabia

Do you have an office in Saudi Arabia?

No. We deliver from Islamabad and travel to Saudi Arabia for discovery and go-live, because some things need a room. Between those, you see working software every two weeks on a staging link.

What is the time difference?

Pakistan is two hours ahead of Saudi Arabia. Our 9:00 to 18:00 working day is 7:00 to 16:00 in Riyadh, so we share almost your whole day rather than the short window you get with teams further east.

Do your engineers speak Arabic?

Project communication is in English. Several of our engineers work in Arabic-language systems daily, and the software itself is built bilingual — right-to-left layouts, Arabic and English data, and documents in either language.

Can you integrate with ZATCA e-invoicing?

Yes. We build the handover from accepted quote to compliant invoice, and the Phase 2 integration itself — XML, cryptographic stamping and clearance — either inside your ERP or through a certified middleware provider, depending on volume and which system you control.

How much does a custom CRM or ERP cost for a Saudi company?

The same bands as anywhere else: CRM from $22,000 over ten to twenty-four weeks, ERP from $35,000 over sixteen to forty. A fixed-price discovery sprint from $3,500 comes first, so the estimate is based on your process rather than a guess.
